Complete the secure Client Intake Form to provide the information we need to schedule and prepare for your home inspection. The more details you share, the smoother the process will be, allowing us to deliver a thorough, efficient inspection tailored to your property.

List all your desired dates/times. Schedule a 3-hour time slot. If you plan to come for a walkthrough, please arrive for the last 30 minutes.

The inspector will respond with dates/times that fit his schedule.

Emails are only used to to communicate during the inspection and send important documents. Emails are not sold or shared.

Is the property vacant or occupied?

Vacant homes: For best results, please ask your agent to verify that all utilities are turned on and all construction is finished.


Occupied homes: For best results, please make sure that no people and pets will be present at the home during the inspection.

Is there a Supra (blue) lockbox on the property?

If there is a Supra lockbox (blue lockbox) on the property, the inspector can let himself in the home.
