You will receive a pre-inspection agreement form to please read carefully and sign before the inspection. It will come from InterNACHI.

Property Square Footage

Is the property new construction?
Is the purchase a short sale or foreclosure?
What type of property is it?
Would you like to come at the end for a brief review with the inspector?

Please note that while you are welcome to attend the inspection, it is not optimal to have other people in the home during the inspection.

Please list all the desired dates/times you would like to book the inspection. The inspection can last 1-4 hours, depending on the size of the home and how many defects are found.

Is the property vacant or occupied?

Vacant homes: For best results, please ask your agent to verify that all utilities are turned on and all construction is finished.


Occupied homes: For best results, please make sure that no people and pets will be present at the home during the inspection.

Is there a Supra (blue) lockbox on the property?

If there is a Supra lockbox (blue lockbox) on the property, the inspector can let himself in the home.
